Woodcock Johnson III
For the difference in Basic and Expanded testing see the information below
The Woodcock Johnson III (WJIII) consists of 22 separate subtests that can be combined to meet the special needs of a student. Some of the subtests are particularly useful to those educators screening for learning disabilities, and are not commonly used for end-of-grade testing. Typically, the WJIII is bundled in groups of 7 to 10 subtests for end-of-grade testing. At Covenant Education Services, we offer two bundled choices, one for young students in grades Kindergarten through second grade, and the other for students in grade 3 and above.

For Traditional Testing: If your student performs better with a tactile, paper-and-pencil experience, the WJ III offers a professional and familiar atmosphere.

The administration time for the WJIII is 1 hour and 15 minutes to 2 hours.
